Welcome to CollabKaro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CollabKaro Pvt. Ltd. ("CollabKaro," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the CollabKaro platform.

1. Definitions

• "Brand" refers to any user utilizing the Platform to discover and manage Creators for marketing campaigns.
• "Creator" refers to any user offering creative services or content generation capabilities.
• "Deal Room" refers to the private, digital workspace where a Brand and a Creator negotiate and manage a specific Campaign.

2. Platform Nature

CollabKaro provides business-grade infrastructure intended to facilitate professional partnerships. We are a technology provider and are not a party to the independent contracts formed between users within the Deal Room.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. By creating an account, you warrant that you possess all necessary rights and authorizations for the data you provide.

4. The Deal Room & Contracts

When a party clicks "Accept" on an Offer within the Deal Room, it constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Brand and Creator. CollabKaro provides the immutable audit trail for these agreements.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to engage in circumvention (moving platform-originated deals off-platform), fraudulent metrics, or unprofessional conduct.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
